A project's report limit now counts widget reports per calendar month instead of forever: 500 a month on Free, 10,000 on Pro and 100,000 on Ultra. The count resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st, and reports you add by hand in the dashboard don't count towards it.
When a project is full
The widget says so. It used to fail with a generic error after the visitor had written their report. Now, as soon as the panel opens, it shows "This site is not accepting feedback right now. Please try again later." and disables Send.
The owner hears first. The project owner gets a notification in the app and an email at 80 %, 90 % and 100 % of the month's limit.
The project settings page shows this month's count, the date it resets and a notice from 80 %.
How long reports are kept
Reports are now deleted after 30 days on Free, 90 on Pro and 365 on Ultra, together with their screenshots, recordings, session replay, console logs and network requests. Tasks stay, with their description, comments, activity and properties. The task page and the project settings page say how long your plan keeps reports.
Plan changes
Email notifications about new reports are on every plan, Free included, with no monthly limit.
Integrations — Telegram, Slack, Discord, GitHub, Jira, Asana and Freshdesk — need Pro or Ultra. On Free, existing ones are paused and can be disconnected; upgrading turns them back on.
Session replay and screen recording stay on every plan.
The full comparison is in Plans, limits, and usage.
Script tag users get the new widget behaviour automatically. On npm, update to @bugdump/sdk 0.0.43: when a project is full, submit() rejects with a BugdumpApiError whose code is REPORT_QUOTA_EXCEEDED.
